Adopted Building Codes
City Council approved adoption of the 2021 International Code Council (ICC) Building Codes and the 2020 National Electric Code on June 14, 2022 (effective July 1, 2022). All building and fire code permit applications received on or after that day will be reviewed for compliance with the new codes. Contact a Plans Examiner if you have any questions regarding your submission.
