  1. Mobile vaccination teams now available to Allen residents, businesses

    The new program from Collin County Health Care Services will focus on traveling to homebound individuals, long-term care facilities, businesses, organizations and clubs. Mobile Vaccination Teams will also be available for events. Visit the Collin County website to learn more.
  2. CDC updates mask recommendations for vaccinated individuals

    To increase protection from the Delta variant and prevent possible spread to others, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends wearing a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission, even if vaccinated.     COVID-19 vaccines are free and available to anyone who wants one. The federal government is providing the vaccine free of charge to all people living in the United States, regardless of their immigration or health insurance status. Visit to find a provider near you.
  4. How can I request a copy of my CDC vaccination card?

    Allen Fire Department no longer maintains duplicate records of the CDC card given during vaccinations. If you need a copy of your vaccination record, you may request the information directly from Texas Health and Human Services.
