About the Jail
The City of Allen is one of only three cities in Collin County to have its own functional jail. The jail holds prisoners with Class C misdemeanors. Persons wishing to visit a prisoner or to pay a prisoner’s fine or bond must inquire at the front desk at the Allen Police Station. Visitation hours are from 9 to 11 a.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
